THIS IS A ONE HOUR KICK BUTT FULL BODY WORKOUT. YOU’LL DO ANYTHING FROM KETTLE BELLS, MEDICINE BALLS, SPEED LADDERS, CARDIO, ABS, AND PUNCHING/KICKING OF COURSE. BURN UP TO 800 CALORIES IN THIS CLASS. ALL LEVELS WELCOME AND WORK AT YOUR PACE!!!

COME EXPERIENCE A ONE HOUR FITNESS CHALLENGE. OUR WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD) WILL BE A PUSH YOURSELF TO THE EDGE FULL BODY AND CORE CLASS. GET STRONGER, BETTER CARDIO, MORE ENDURANCE, AND HAVE FUN DOING IT!
